Information we process
Numship may process account contact details, app diagnostics, active session metadata, selected countries, temporary numbers, and inbound SMS messages needed to deliver the service.
We do not need your personal contact graph to provide temporary number sessions.
How information is used
Data is used to create sessions, route SMS messages, show history, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and respond to support requests.
Temporary session content should not be treated as permanent storage. Sessions are designed to expire.
Retention and control
Session records are retained only as needed for product functionality, security, compliance, and support. Users can request deletion or export where applicable.
